This announcement serves as a reminder to all users that AIR systems (TIDE, the Test Delivery System, the Assessment Viewing Application, the Teacher Hand Scoring System, AIR Ways Reporting, and the Online Reporting System) will be closed for the 2017-18 school year beginning at the end of the day on Friday, July 27. As part of the yearly roll-over, TIDE will be available for the new 2018-2019 school year on Monday, August 6. On this day, all user passwords will be reset automatically by AIR and student records will be cleared out of TIDE. Once students are added to TIDE for the 2018-2019 school year, new rosters can be created.
Previous year’s scores will be available in the Online Reporting System beginning on August 6, as well.
Interim Assessments will be available on Thursday, August 9. Before administering tests for 2018-2019, all test proctors must take the 2018-19 Online TA Certification Course. An announcement will be posted when the updated Online TA Certification Course becomes available.
