UPDATE: Two new resources, the Network Troubleshooting Checklist and the Audio Troubleshooting Checklist, are now available in the Technology Information resources section under the System Information – Systems Manual sub-folder. These checklists are intended to help Technology Coordinators identify the source of a problem and possible resolution to any network-related issues or audio-related issues experienced during student testing.
