The paper test material initial order window for accommodated paper testing (regular print, large print, braille, IDAA paper response option cards) begins today, Tuesday, January 7 and will end on Tuesday, March 3. The initial order window guarantees materials will arrive in districts prior to the paper testing window, which begins Wednesday, April 1 and ends on Friday, May 8. Materials ordered by March 3 will arrive on Wednesday, March 18 or Wednesday, March 25 depending on your school’s closure for spring break (materials will NOT be delivered if your school is closed). Materials will continue to be available to order through Friday, May 1. However, any orders past March 3 will not be guaranteed for arrival prior to the testing window.
Once student testing is complete, the proctor will need to transcribe student responses in the Data Entry Interface (DEI). All student responses will need to be entered into the DEI by Friday, May 15.
The order form for paper test materials is available on the homepage of the ISAT portal. These materials must be ordered by a District Administrator (DA) or a District Coordinator (DC). If students require a paper test accommodation, the “Paper Tester” flag must be marked as “Yes” in TIDE.
