The paper test material initial order window for accommodated paper testing (regular print, large print, and Braille) begins today, Friday, January 4 and will end on Friday, February 15. The initial order window guarantees materials will arrive in districts prior to the paper testing window, which begins Monday, April 1 and ends on Friday, May 10. Materials ordered by February 15 will arrive on Monday, March 18; however, if your district is on Spring Break that week your materials will arrive on Monday, March 25. Materials will continue to be available to order through Friday, May 3. Any orders past February 15 will not be guaranteed for arrival prior to the testing window.
Once student testing is complete, the proctor will need to transcribe student responses in the Data Entry Interface (DEI). All student responses will need to be entered into the DEI by Friday, May 17.
The order form for paper test materials is available in the ELA/Literacy & Math Assessments, Science/EOC Assessments, and Alternate Assessments ELA & Math resources section under the Accessibility & Accommodations sub-folder. These materials must be ordered by a District Administrator (DA) or a District Coordinator (DC).
