TDS, Reporting and AVA Now Available for 2020-21

Aug 24, 2020

The Test Delivery System (TA Interface and Student Interface) is now available for the 2020-21 school year. Students may access Interim ELA, Math, and Science tests by logging into the Student Interface using the latest version of the Secure Browser or by using the Remote Testing Site. The deadline to use last year's Secure Browser is August 30; after that date, please be sure to download the new Secure Browser on the Secure Browsers page.

Users can create test sessions through the TA Interface by clicking on the Test Administration icon available on the ELA/Literacy & Math Assessments or Science Assessments pages. As a reminder, the TA Certification Course must be taken by all users prior to administering any Interim tests. The TA certification flag in TIDE has been reset for the 2020-21 school year. Once the course is completed this school year, the flag will be set to "Yes" in TIDE for each user. Additionally, before Interim testing can begin, students must be loaded into TIDE. Once students are loaded into TIDE and the TA Certification course has been completed, the Interim Assessments may be taken.

The  Reporting site (formerly AIRWays Reporting) is now available for the 2020-21 school year. All previous year's student results have been migrated to this site so you will find Summative and Interim Assessment results in one place. For a limited time, the Online Reporting System (ORS) is available as well. However, this system will be phased out by September 30, 2020.

Additionally, the Assessment Viewing Application (AVA) is now available for the 2020-21 Interim ELA/Math/Science tests. The AVA icon can be found under the ELA/Literacy & Math Assessments and Science Assessments pages.
