AIR is aware that districts continue to experience intermittent issues with Text-to-Speech not functioning as expected. AIR and Google are actively working on further investigating and fixing this issue. If your school is impacted by this, you may submit a ticket to Google via the Admin Console. If you submit a ticket, please call the Idaho Help Desk and provide this information so that AIR can use it to further troubleshoot. We do not have an estimated timeline when this issue will be fixed. To avoid delays on testing, have students who require Text-to-Speech on their test use a different Operating System, if possible. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.
