We are aware that students using ChromeOS to access the SecureTestBrowser (SB) may be getting stuck on the screen when they open the browser and see an initializing message. The root cause has been identified and CAI is working on a fix to update the SB. After this process is complete the SB should update automatically. If the SB does not update automatically due to IT settings, it may be necessary to coordinate with perspective school IT admins who manage the chrome devices or MDM. No other OS devices will require an update.
