To ensure that your issue is resolved in a timely fashion, please gather as much of the following information as possible:
- Date and time of the error
- Error code number and message
- Your operating system (e.g., Windows 7), Internet browser (e.g., Firefox 20), and version of affected computers
- EDUID of the affected student(s). For security reasons, do not include names.
- Session ID
- Grade, subject, test, and question number (if applicable). For test security reasons, do not describe the content of the question.
- If you are reporting for another person, please provide the other person’s contact information if possible.
