AIR will release the new Secure Browser for the 2019-2020 school year on June 17, 2019. As a reminder, the Secure Browser is updated on a yearly basis and the new version will need to be downloaded for student testing during the 2019-20 school year.
The Secure Browser version 10.5 (Windows and Linux) and 10.6 (MAC OSX) from the 2018-19 school year will no longer be supported as of August 30. If any computers used for student testing still use these versions from the 2018-19 school year, technology coordinators will need to upgrade to the new version by August 30 for students to take any tests in the 2019-20 school year. An announcement will be posted on June 17 when the new Secure Browser is released.
