The paper test material initial order window for accommodated paper testing (regular print, large print, braille, IDAA paper response option cards) begins today, Thursday, January 20th and will end on Friday, February 4th. The initial order window guarantees materials will arrive in districts prior to the paper testing window, which begins Monday, April 4th and ends on Friday, May 6th. Materials ordered by February 4th will arrive on Monday, March 21st (materials will NOT be delivered if your school is closed). A second paper test material order window will open Tuesday, March 22nd for any additional materials that are needed. Materials will continue to be available to order through Friday, May 6th. However, any orders past March 22nd will not be guaranteed for arrival prior to the testing window.
Once student testing is complete, the proctor will need to transcribe student responses in the Data Entry Interface (DEI). All student responses will need to be entered into the DEI by Friday, May 13th.
The Paper Materials Order Form can be accessed on the Idaho portal resources page. These materials must be ordered by a District Administrator (DA) or a District Coordinator (DC).
